Who we are
The Villa Toulon Residents Association operates the private resident portal at villatoulon.com, the public press sites at villamarina.news and villamarina.blog, and the community domains that forward to the portal.
What we collect
- Account details you provide: name, resident email, and unit, used to verify residency and secure your account.
- Content you submit: evidence photos, documents, notes, and petition support you choose to record.
- Private, first-party analytics: pages visited, approximate device type, and referring link, used only to keep the sites working and understand resident use. This never leaves our systems.
- Essential cookies needed to sign you in and remember your display settings.
How we use it
To operate the portal, verify residency, keep evidence organized and secure, send account and security emails, and improve the experience for residents. We do not use your information for advertising.
Who can see it
Resident content is private to the community and the people who administer the portal. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only when required by law or to protect residents' safety.
How we protect it
Data is stored with a secure, access-controlled provider, protected by row-level security and two-step sign-in. Access is limited to authorized administrators.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or decline non-essential analytics using the cookie banner. Email help@villatoulon.com.
California residents
We honor requests to know, delete, and opt out consistent with California law. Because we do not sell data, there is nothing to opt out of for sales — but you may still decline analytics.
