- Responsive layouts for phone and desktop screens.
- Visible focus states for keyboard navigation.
- Plain-language labels for forms, buttons, and key actions.
- High-contrast and text-size controls on public static pages.
- Essential information presented as text, not only as images.
Known limits
Some third-party browser, operating-system, hosting, or assistive technology combinations may behave differently. We also continue to review long community pages, generated PDFs, and resident-uploaded materials for accessibility improvements.
